Turkey's public engagement with post-quantum cryptography runs through two government bodies, neither of which has yet published a national standard, algorithm choice or migration timeline. BTK, the Information and Communication Technologies Authority, has run a programme themed Cybersecurity and Post-Quantum Cryptology promoting the spread of quantum-resistant cryptography in the country. Separately, the Presidency of Defence Industries (SSB) runs the Turkiye Kuantum Platformu, a national quantum-technologies coordination platform that frames quantum communication as complementary layers of QKD and post-quantum cryptography and points to an updated Quantum Technology Roadmap and a 2024 to 2025 results report. Activity to date is coordination and awareness work rather than binding regulation, and no dated post-quantum migration milestone has been set.
